Before, entering the mosques, we should follow the Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH) such as hygiene clothes, bodily sanitation etc. According to Hadith,

“Whoever eats garlic or onions shouldn’t appear the masjid.” (Muslim and Bukhari)

Since Muezzin starts Azan in the masjid, so it is essential to respond to every single line he says. This performance has great significance and Allah give the rewards. According to Hadith, “When you hear the call to prayer, say alike to the Muathin.” (Muslim and Bukhari)

Entering in Mosque

After completing the Sunnah, when you enter the mosque you should recite the entering Dua. According to Hadith,

“If one of you arrives the masjid, he should say, Oh Allah! Open for me the doors of Your clemency! Allahuma Iftah lee abwaab rahmatika.” (Muslim)

Sitting in the 1st Row

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) emphasizes on sitting in the first row after entering the Masjid and Allah give more rewards,

“If the people were conscious of the marvelous reward attained for replying the call to prayer, and praying in the first row, they would draw straws to pursue a place in the first row.” (Muslim and Bukhari)
